Instinct Muay Thai is located at 13501 SW 128th St, Suite 215, in Kendall, Miami. The gym teaches Muay Thai, Dutch kickboxing and boxing in 60-minute classes offered every day of the week, with early-morning, midday and evening slots. It also offers a youth program starting at age 6, personal training, and a competition program with structured fight camps for amateur fighters.
The gym is led by Manuel "Manny" Molina, who has trained athletes since 2010 after six years competing in amateur Muay Thai and sports kickboxing. The team page lists additional instructors Josh Martinez (strength, conditioning and kids), Matt, Nat and Jonathan.
