The Jungle MMA and Fitness opened in December 2008 on East Colonial Drive in Orlando and has since added a second location in Sanford (Lake Mary). The gym teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, mixed martial arts, fitness training and a kids martial arts program for ages 4 and up.
The instructor team includes Mike Lee, a 4th-degree BJJ black belt and the gym's head MMA instructor; Thiago Domingues, a 5th-degree BJJ black belt from the De La Riva lineage; and UFC, Bellator and K-1 veteran Seth Petruzelli, a 3rd-degree BJJ black belt. Former UFC fighter Felicia Spencer, also a BJJ black belt, is listed on staff.
