Brad Thompson is the founder and owner of Orlando Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which he opened in 2011. A businessman before jiu-jitsu, he began training at age 49, received his second-degree black belt from Carlos Gracie Jr. in 2010 and was promoted to fourth degree in 2019. As a competitor he won IBJJF Pan titles in the Master divisions, including gold at Pan 2006 as a black belt and Pan 2004 as a brown belt.
