Shawn Chitwood is the founder and CEO of Team Chitwood Martial Arts & Fitness. He began training under Grandmaster Relson Gracie in 1993 and the academy describes him as one of the first American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts. He holds a 5th-degree black belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and a 2nd-degree black belt in Judo, and has been invited to teach in Brazil.
