Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu built his game on pressure, movement and the tornado guard, and won the 2013 ADCC absolute title with it. This week is that game taught in person: a No-Gi Intensive at Jungle's Edge with two sessions a day on the open-air mat, minutes from Playa Guiones.
Mornings are technique and drilling with Cyborg — takedowns, guard retention, leg entanglements, passing under pressure — followed by positional and live rounds. Afternoons are yours: surf, the cold plunge, the pool, or a nap in the jungle. Evenings you eat together and talk jiu-jitsu with a man who has spent twenty years at the top of the sport. Open to anyone; you don't need to train at Fight Sports to come.
