When you’re training once or twice a day, food isn’t a side detail. It’s fuel and it’s recovery. At Jungle’s Edge, meals are built around fresh, local ingredients that support hard training, and they’re served just steps from the mats.

Tree Tops Restaurant

The on-site restaurant, Tree Tops, sits poolside and serves a mix of contemporary and traditional dishes. The kitchen focuses on organic, handcrafted food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and it’s built to cater to everyone, with vegan- and allergen-friendly menu options and kitchen practices.

What’s on the table

  • Fresh breakfasts to start the day before or after morning training
  • Fresh tropical fruit and smoothies
  • Wood-fired pizzas, a guest favorite after a long day
  • Empanadas and Mexican-inspired dishes alongside traditional plates
  • Burgers for bigger appetites
  • Cocktails like mojitos and piña coladas for rest days and evenings

Why local matters for training

Food that’s grown nearby and prepared fresh simply tastes better and keeps you feeling good. Nosara sits on the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s Blue Zones, where simple, fresh, locally grown food is part of everyday life. Eating that way for a week, with plenty of fruit, vegetables and protein, helps you recover between sessions and show up ready for the next one.

Train, eat fresh, recover. Repeat for a week and feel the difference.

Meals in your package

Food is built into Jungle’s Edge packages, so you don’t have to think about it:

  • Silver: daily breakfast, with the rest of the day free to explore Nosara’s cafés and restaurants.
  • Gold: breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, the easiest way to eat well all week.
